Adam Janoff joined BioLineRx in 2023 and serves as General Counsel and Head of Compliance to the BioLineRx consolidated entity. Before joining BioLineRx, Mr. Janoff was Deputy General Counsel at AVROBIO, Inc., a publicly traded gene therapy company, where he oversaw healthcare compliance matters, R&D support, and a variety of corporate legal concerns. Mr. Janoff was the Lead U.S. lawyer for GE Healthcare's diagnostic drug business and also spent over six years at Biogen, Inc., where he held the position of Lead Rare Disease Lawyer, and supported development-stage and marketed products. During his 26 year legal career, Mr. Janoff has helped launch seven new drugs/biologics. He holds a BA from Rutgers College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
